A Whole-Child Approach to Youth Development
The REY Program (Resilient Empowered Youth) provides comprehensive support for foster, adoptive, and at-risk youth throughout Eureka, Humboldt County and Del Norte County.. Our programs are designed to help young people build resilience, strengthen confidence, and develop the practical life skills needed to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
Through social-emotional learning, recreation and enrichment, participants gain meaningful experiences that encourage personal growth, positive relationships, and long-term success.
